When you hang a ticket: your email, platform, region and the time you agreed. During the test: match results, connection quality, crash reports and basic device specs.
To send test details, to match you with fighters near you and to fix what breaks. Under applicable data protection laws, such as the GDPR, we rely on your consent for emails and on legitimate interest for test telemetry.
Sign-up data is deleted 90 days after the test ends unless you ask to hear about launch. Telemetry is kept for 12 months, then only in aggregate form.
Our team and the hosting and email providers we contract with. They process data only on our instructions. We never hand your data to advertisers.
Test servers run in several regions. When data leaves your region we use contractual safeguards recognised by the relevant data protection laws.
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.

By signing up or playing the network test you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not take part.
You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live, and hold an account on your chosen platform.
Access is personal. Do not share or trade your test key. We may limit places by region and platform.
No cheats, exploits, bots or harassment. Fight the fighter, not the person. We may remove anyone who breaks this rule.
You may stream and share footage from the test. Please mark it as a test build so nobody mistakes it for the final game.
Servers may go down, matches may drop and progress will be wiped when the test ends. The build is unfinished by design.
You can leave at any time by deleting the build. We can end the test or your access early with notice on this page.

Ninebolt Works grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to install and play the test build during the test window.
Do not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the build, and do not run tools that change how it plays.
The build, its fighters, arenas, art, music and code belong to Ninebolt Works. This licence gives you no ownership.
If you send us ideas or bug reports, we may use them to improve Steelmarrow without owing you anything for it.
The build may update itself and send the telemetry described in the Privacy label.
The licence ends when the test ends or if you break this agreement. Delete the build when it does.
The build is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Ninebolt Works is not liable for lost progress, crashes or damage arising from the test.
